Dice Desk
Your 8 Dice slots, run from Ceipal. Post and unpublish happen inside Ceipal (Job Boards → Dice); this desk tells you what to do each day, keeps the ledger, and counts applicants as they land in Ceipal.
Today's checklist
Runner — executes Post / Unpublish in a logged-in Ceipal tab
How posting works (2 minutes per job)
- Keep one Ceipal tab open in Chrome with the HireKeyz runner userscript installed (green dot = online).
- Click Post to Dice in the queue or Unpublish / Renew on the board. The command is queued here and executed in your Ceipal tab within ~15 seconds: account, employment type, skills (from the job's Search Criteria), W2/1099, contract duration, client-name scrub, publish. Ceipal posts through Dice's API, so the job is live on Dice in seconds.
- Every job needs a City in Ceipal before posting (API mode refuses jobs without one; the queue marks them "not set in Ceipal"). Never post, repost or deactivate directly on dice.com — API posting only, per Dice.
- Result shows under Runner; the board updates itself. Dice goes live at its next batch cycle. If a job needs review (client name or internal notes still in the text), the command stops and tells you why.
- Manual fallback: open the job in Ceipal and use the blue Post to Dice / Unpublish buttons in the bottom-right panel.
